hehe, anthony, you will remember I warned you... looks good. I myself don't bother with priming. I'll post a few pics of the Tamiya T-55 I did a while back, not for the GB, bt it's on topic.

Here is the top primed...

PS. I work really fast...
If anyone EVER wants to do this Trump. kit... DON'T! This has so far been the worst fitting kit I have EVER done, and to top it off, I have no filler! So this is a warning... If planning to do this kit, have filler! Or do NOT do it! I hope that it will turn out good.

Dose anyone know of a filler ( to fill gaps ) that can be found in a Wal-mart, etc. The LHS is too far to go just for that.

Roadkill, I have to change my project. The USS Dallas could not be gotten so I have ordered a 1/350 USS Ohio from DML. Thanks, Wade

been at it for about 2 hours now, lower hull and roadwheels are 95% done, very very nice older DML kit, the SU-152. Not too many problems, a very straightforward build... i'll get pics up in the morning.

Yeah, I'm still in, just haven't had much time for building right now. I've transfered offices at work and I now have an hour and forty-five minute commute each way. But yes, I did manage to get some painting done on the cockpit last wednesday night.

I've given this some thought about the time frame. Let's go ahead and start this one and end it on 12-31. Is this alright with everyone??? That way I can go ahead and start the next GB on 1-1-06.

Hey roadkill, sorry to throw a curve at you, but I need to change my build. I'm participating in the Russian Group Build, and I'm going to build my Minsk for that. For this group I'm going to build the 1/350 USS Ticonderoga Aegis Cruiser from Dragon. So, Minsk off, Tico on.

And who knows, if I'm a fast builder I might get my KC-135 in here too...

Got my 1/35 Trumpeter Hind, I've heard others say it but it still didn't prepare me. That's one serious kit. I was tempted to start removing parts from the sprue, but no, I'll wait until May. Looks like I'm going to need beter references though.

Sorry to say that the "universal" patch and -*maybe- some Blue ones for the "Patriotics" are delayed.

Comrade Sergei: all the images that I used can be found by doing a search in google, sorry I dont have the exact links, I just search, take what I want, and leave. If you want the photos I think I can email them to you.

Hey roadkill, add my 1:350 Dragon USS Ticonderoga Aegis cruiser onto the list. I checked and it wasn't involved in any of the combat dustups that occurred during her service.

I suppose in addition to my F-102 I'll try to get my RF-4E done as a little bonus, although I think the -102 will be the serious project.

Mine was a joke too, like I said no offense taken. No need to be sorry, I was just being a smarta$$ too. I actually haven't built a Star Wars model in 20+ years (since the height of the Cold War), I just had to say it.

Hold on a second guys that post was meant as a joke not to offend. I am not prejudging anybody about nazis and stuff. Don't you guys remember the movies in the mid 80's at the height of the cold war where everyone from Russia was a "Commie Bas****? I thought the first sentence in the post would give it away that I wasn't seriously upset. SORRY.
