Very interesting. Oh well, I'll give them a few weeks to work things out and hopefully it will be fixed. Are you using firefox on a mac? I'm not an IT type guy so I just expect these things to work the way they're supposed to and if they don't I kick em!

I just looked up firefox on the web and it doesn't support OS9 which is what I'm using which is probably part of my problem. I guess the day has come to upgrade. SIGH!!!!

Crap... thought so!!!

Dave this is weird, once I quote your post I can see the image just fine. It must be either something your MAC browser is adding or the way the Community Server software interprets the HTML from your browser (I bet I can guess which one it is).

I'm using Firefox at the moment btw.

Cheers

Jay... I have no idea how "that" happened! Must send a note to the administrator. LOL

As for your suggestion absolutely. I've seen it on other GB like North Africa and was already planning on doing just that.

As for the new site, seems we can't access any of the buttons or anything like that from our mac comuters. I tried switching to (gasp) explorer but it didn't help. (sigh) I'll have to save all my emotes for posts from work.

Jules, welcome back! I hate it when my paycheck gets messed with. Looking forward to some pics of that boat!!!

Dave, I had a thought that I am carrying over from the suggestions and feedback section http://www.finescale.com/FSM/CS/forums/542617/ShowPost.aspx

In a nutshell - Back in the BoB GB, I wanted to go back and see some finished pics of other's builds but had no idea what pages they were on.  For the Canadian GB, when participants complete their build, I add a note that tells what page their pics are on.  I know some people keep their pics only for a short time on what ever digital image hosting website they use but it in the meantime it can help others view their pics (I like to keep my pics up for the duration of a build and a little bit afterward).  Just a thought?Thumbs Up [tup]

BTW - the new forums must have altered my particpant name, my screen name is "jboutin" not the other one...Laugh [(-D]Laugh [(-D]

This one is still a ways away, but looking at the other GB shedules & what's on my bench, I think I can join in on this one.  Put me down for a Tamiya 1/48 Fairey Swordfish.

Regards,  Rick

Argh! some mentioned "ice" hockey!  we don't play "Ice" Hockey here, that is for Euros, we play just plain HOCKEY! no need to put "ice" in front of it.

Oh yeah dave, Razor blades on our feet, long bladed weapons in our hands and body armour!

Not so good Bear, I was on top for the first few weeks thanks to my goalies (Belfour & Luongo) but I've slipped to fifth place in the last couple of weeks.

How's yours going?
