Thanks Mike....  I figured I probably should hang on to her after our first date.I took her to see the Thunderbirds practice and from then on she kept bugging me about going to an airshow.Another factor was that after she seen my stash, one of the first things she asked me is if I would show her how to build a model.Anyhoo....Whistling [:-^]...enough of the mushy stuff... I'm ready to paint my hand and glue my fingers together! LOL!!

WOOHOO!!!  Big Smile [:D]Clown [:o)]Party [party] Me too!  I just came back from a short honeymoon, and am on vacation the rest of the week.I am going to concentrate on finishing up some loose ends around the house here, so I can be ready to build.I am still debating on which scale I am going to build,1/48 or 32.

Is everyone else ready?

 Brakes released.....full afterburner.......cleared for a Viking departure!!

F-15 Group Build:

              June 1,2006-January 17,2007

January 17,1991 marks the first U.S.A. air-to-air kill by an F-15 in wartime combat.

(F-15C vs. Iraqi MiG-29)

Group Build Rules:

Any F-15

Any variant, any nation or time frame.Actual documented aircraft only.

Any scale

Aftermarket items ( such as photo-etch,resin cockpits, decals) and scratchbuilding allowed and encouraged!

Please keep everyone posted of your progress and submit pics, if at all possible. The most encouraging thing (to me at least) is to get to see everyones work and hear about the ups and downs of their project in progress and how they might do things differently next time. But the main rule is to enjoy yourself!
