Well.....I have not been able to drop by for a while and look what you didi. Absolutly outstanding.....love the chassis.
As I get back into the forum, I am like the blind man feeling the elephant....and you are a part that has no question (thank god) .
Rounds Complete!!
"The Moral High Ground....A Great Place to Emplace Artillery."
Love it! I didn't realize the cannon is not permanently mounted to the vehicle... always learning especially those SPGs and artillery here.
Thanks buddy!
Andy
Yeah, the green looks great Tony.

WHO ME??????
I don't think it's "Top Notch" level yet but i'm working on it with a little help from my friends.
Thanks Mac appreciate the compliment.
Top notch work as always Pvt Mutt. I am always in awe at your ability to build models.

Terry you're just to kind. You're going to give me the big head if you keep that up.
Lordy me, everything so far is just beautiful, the chassis is in a class of it's own. I am stunned by what you have done with the gun so far, this approach will give you an excellent contrast when getting t o the finish and as for the metallic finish, well if you told me it was machined steel I would nota doubt it, great work Tony.
Terry.
24 bucks wow, man he did get a great deal.
Because of the rain all day I didn't get much done but I did get about an hour or so before the bottom fell out.
24 Dollars WOW
the doog Totally cool, Tony--man, I wanted this kit so bad, but the price just put it out of reach for me. Can't justify it right now. Really interested to see what you do with it!

I had never seen the kit before, but it sold at my IPMS club's raffle for only $24. A visiting modeler from Utah won it and couldn't believe his luck. That dude spent well over $150 in the club auction but ended up with a pile of kits about 3 feet high. Fortunately for him, half of the club works for UPS, most as pilots and could get the big box of kits sent cheap.
Karl you're so sweet sugar won't even melt in your mouth.
Thanks
Killer work, Toy--that green looks purdy, and that chassis is juicy!
Just superb work all around!
Hey, anybody still watchin?
In order to get the perfect Russian Green I consulted with the worlds foremost "SWAG" expert, ME.
I'll put the finishing paint touches on it tomorrow and then the filter, washes etc.
Thanks for coming by.
There's only one photo that I know of Clay and it's not that great and it's in "Rommels Funnies".
Did you look at page one of this blog? There's shots of mine and what i've done to it so far.
Best I can tell personal gear is in the top section, ammo in the middle and tools and such stored at the bottom.
You did read the review of the kit at PMMS.com didn't you?
You know where to find me buddy
hey Tony this is where your at i've been working on this same kit OUTSTANDING work right off the bat. i have a question. anyway i put the kit up because of no pic's of how this thing looked i was just going to build it anyway but i just could'nt bring myself to do that. do you know where i can see this vehicle like the ammo locker just dosen't look right so i came up with something of my own. but seeing yours i just don't no what to do. man i need some help.
Clay
If nothing else it fills a empty hole back there.
Thanks Tiger
The muffler turned out great Tony.
No MIG products Andy.
I use the LifeColor Rust and Dust set for my rusty stuff then graphite with a drop or two of water mixed with it for the black top coat.
Glad you like it my friend
Getting bored with this? NEVER! Looking great so far.
Dig the muffler... that's one of few final things I need to do on my Panzer IV. I assume you used MIG pigment on the muffler? I have two or three different kinds of MIG Rust pigments.
Thanks Bill that's what I thought and with it painted the termites will pass it by.
Started with the top side yesterday. Sure hope folks aren't getting boring with this.
Later Buddy
No takers for my excellent beach-front property Tony!
Nice work on the re-conditioned dowel...it serves nicely!
BP Models
Thanks Marc,I just thought it was such a neat subject and I just had to try it.
Looks weird to see that with your name at the top. But it is your usual excellent work.
Marc
Well Bill did you get any offers? I didn't get a one on my flooded cotton fields.
Some paint made a world of difference, that wooden dowel is not a punkin anymore.
Hope you like it folks
Texas and Tennessee make for a good alliance. I'm sure Bill feels the same way as I, FSM needs us to keep this joint afloat.
Now if any of you people believe that, Bill has some very dry desert and I've got some very wet swamp land for sale at inflated prices.
Karl there's room for a hot picker too.
Tony, if only every WIP post and build gone up in these forums was a chock-full of info, progress, and quality as yours and Bill's are, I'd write the FSM Armor forums into my will!
This is the way it should be done, Thanks for remaining consistent in the quality of not only your inspiring work, but your build WIPs. Truly creative, inspiring building and documentation!
Bronco's Diana would've been heard for miles around! Nice work on the muffler Tony, fits the bill nicely.
Tony - Very nice...you are having way toooo much fun.....no I know you can never have too much fun.
Nice!
Thanks men,carry on.
It's been some kind of trip so far.
Thanks for the compliments guys
