I would say yes we do need a GB Badge. If I knew who to make one I would make a GB Badge for us all.

Sign me up for a '67 Corvette 427 Convertable.

It's many many years since I did any modelling and it's about time I got back into it. I'm sure the start will be rocky as I get things wrong and mess things up. But the only way to do it is to dive in and give it a go!!

I've never done a car before in my life so it should be interesting!!

I have got the body painted and waxed. I can start installing the glass and have some more pix up soon. I dropped the set pan today and broke everything out of it. With this step I will have to start all over again. I guess this is the reason that r-cman73 gets so mad some times building his kits. I think he calls it the "BUILD CRUSS?" Is this right. I dont know all of this is new to me.

PakNick-40;

I like the badge. Clean and simple. The "GB '05" sort of bleeds into the background, though. Think you might be able to position it with the "Hot Rods and Musclecars"? It might become too crowded. Play around with it a little, I think you're on the right track.

Double D;

I almost don't want to know where you came up with your handle Big Smile [:D]. Anyway, if you drew that from scratch, my hat's off to you. Great job, but it's a little too flamboyant. My gut instinct says it needs to be toned some in color and scale.

I'm finishing up my Typhoon at the moment. As soon as it's finished I'll start on the HemiCuda in tandem with my P-51D. So, I'll probably start after the holiday on the build.

How's everyone else doing?

The font looks good. What if you placed the black line border around the entire badge instead of just the text? It'll look more like one cohesive badge instead of two. Or just delete it.

I don't mind the GB brightness that much. It needed to pop out a little.

This is just my My 2 cents [2c]. Anyone else want to opine on the group badge?

hey all,
I have actually made progress, I have the rear end put together, but havnt modified the springs yet ( I think thats tonights project). I really didnt like the ride heigth so its gonna get a little lower. I also got the frame filled, but i still have to sand it down. I took a picture with the rear end and front end mocked before lowering, and will post before n after pics when I get them modified.

Let me take a look in my stash and I will probably join this one, If its still open that is. I have the "Fast & the Furious" Charger a 57 Chevy and a 1/16 scale 67 Corvette and probably a few others I can't remember off the top of my head (actually a LOT of others).
