LOL! I don't know, if everyone wants to try I might go for it, but even now I find them...unpleasant to the eye.

Maybe if I tie a big old alien to the roof...

Desert Rat and AgentG you are both right.  It is 3.  Now what are they.

You got Ent-D and Ent-E.  Just need the third, and no, alternate universe ships dont count since they are still alternates of the -D and -E. Remember, I said its a bit of a trick question. So think outside the box.

Though the ship was actually a holographic projection, Picard was also "captain" of the sailing vessel with the name "Enterprise" across it's stern in the opening scenes of "Generations" during Worf's promotion ceremony.

Bingo! The HMS Enterprise.  As I said, its a bitof a trick question.  Since that was the main part of the question, Phil, you have the floor.

For some reason I'm thinking it's Starbuck or Buckstar or something like that. Starbucks? Laugh [(-D] Never seen the show but I heard the other two names along with said answer somewhere.

Ok, here we go:

In the Star Wars movies, there was one ship from the original trilogy other than Slave I (sorry Boba Fett!Wink [;)]) that made a Cameo appearance in the prequel trilogy. This is a 2 part question- Name the ship, and the Movie it appeared!

It's kinda funny I noticed it too when I saw it the other night on DVD; I'm still cleaning Pepsi stains off the TV screen...Blush [:I]

Roger

People... we think logically for a reason.  6 times 9 is a simple math problem, and this is NOT a 'answer the math problem quiz' forum, now is it.  Give it some thought.

I thought it was 6x8=42, but you're right SG, it's 6x9=42.

Its a line from hitchhikers guide to the galaxy.  Good job being mysterious Smeagol.  DesertRat, don't feel bad.  My first year in high school I got mad at my claculator for not giving me the right answer and I punched it so hard the screen broke open and the liquid crap ran out.  Gimme a bit to think of a question, I am taking a two hour online midterm today too so my mind is elsewhere.

It figures!!!Tongue [:P]

I'd never read that book or seen the movie, so I guess that was the clincher right there.

Guess I can go pick up my calculator out of the street......Blush [:I]

Heehee! Big Smile [:D] I thought it was actually a pretty good question, and I didn't want to pounce on the answer right away. Innovation should be rewarded after all...

Good job SG. Your turn to stump us.

For those who wonder why the answer is 42, not 54, it's meant to explain that feeling you sometimes get that there's something fundamentally wrong with the universe.

And remember, the Guide also tells us the average population density of the universe is 0.  So any sentient beings you meet are the product of a deranged imagination.
