Two plastic burger boxes are provided, but no actual burgers.  Will have to wait for Quickboost or Eduard Brassin resin aftermarket set.  Big Smile  Some cutout cardstock containers would have been nice.

Actually, it would be pretty easy to make the burgers out of polymer clay.

Do you need to buy hamburgers separately for it? They already sell missiles...

Some think this is actually fun!

I didn't realize all the different subjects available for modelers.

Lots of cool stuff.

These showed up today:

The car and bike are for someone else.  The hamburger vending machine is mine.  Big Smile  I just love the wacky off-beat subject, in injection molded plastic, AND from a mainstream manufacturer!

The chef cat is adorable.

Love the Ping Yuen Pat! That is going to be a great kit. Lots of other good stuff there folks, but I'll have to pass on the Lego.

SC - That looks like an original release to me.  That box will be a keeper.

According to the description, it is indeed.

Hi,

I got this in the mail last week but never got around to posting it.  I'm really looking forward to eventually putting it together since I like large scale models of small ships, and I also am interested in the pre-dreadnaught era.

Hasegawa's 72nd F-111's have been hard to get old of for some years. But Hobby 2000 have released 1 of the hase kits with Cartograf decals and masks. And it just happens to be the version and marking option i have been wanting, an F from the 48th TFW base at Lakenheath.

I know they have released boxings of the Fujimi Stuka even some versions Fujimi didn't do. Going to have to get those.

Bish they've also done the Fujimi Skyhawks

Bish - I love Cartograph decals. Those H2000 kits are a bargain with the included mask and decals.

I've been hankering for one of these for awhile. Just found the FDR on eBay; seller says there's two airplanes and a mast missing. Sounds like easy replacements and I was planning on AM jets anyway.
Also gonna number it as Midway.

DRUMS01

Looks like some nice stuff for everyone.

Here is my latest acquisition, while it is the first edition (old) it is still a goodie:

Image

It also came with an extra set of subdued after-market decals for the VF-41 "Black Aces". I am not sure if I want to go high vis. or subdued markings just yet, but its nice to have both options in the box.

I have read on thier facebook page that Quinta 3D decals will be available for this kit very soon. That will be a must buy to replace the flat and very basic cockpit/decals from this early kit.

Still, this has been in my wish list for many years and I couldn't pass on the price.

Ben

Here ya go, Ben. And I messaged them about washes and such on these 3D decals; they said there's no restrictions on that.

Nice bases Stik, looking forward to seeing them with aircraft in place.

Interesting  vehicle rcguy. ICM are not afraid to produce non mainstream stuff, which is very refreshing.

Pick this one up at my local hobby shop for a really good price.

Must not be a very popular kit but it caught me eye so decided to go for it.

Nice displays Stick

Building a kit from your stash is like cutting a head off a Hydra, two more take it's place.

Steve - I sure hope you create a WIP for that project!

Stik - Something tells me we're going to see some USN aircraft coming down the pipeline.

Ben, that is gonna be a fine 1/32 Tomcat project. I do hope that you have plenty of display space for such a large bird!

CB those are two nice 1/72 gems indeed! No need to worry about display space for those. 1/72 single engine single seat WWII fighters don't take up much room at all.

Dodgy, those look to be some nice figure sets. And of course a jeep is always a good item for the stash and display shelves.

Steve a 1/200 Battleship?! You will really need some serious display room for that one!

Over the past couple of days, the mailman brought these two Zoukei Mura aircraft display bases that I had ordered.

First up is a 1/32 US WWII thru Vietnam era wooden carrier deck. Too bad that they did the colors wrong, as US carrier flight decks were never in natural wood. Pre war had Mahogany stain, during WWII they were stained Blue, and post they were Dark Gray and Non Skid Black depending upon the area of the deck. So I’ll need to repaint this one.

Then I also ordered this 1/48 US “Supercarrier” type deck, which is beautifully detailed!!! No changes needed, aside from perhaps the addition of an arresting cable, as they did provide one anchor point for one end.

and of course I had to do a quick photo with an aircraft in place....

F is for FIRE, That burns down the whole town!

U is for URANIUM... BOMBS!

N is for NO SURVIVORS...

Gamera, it wasn't actually a "rough" day. I was with a good mate and we had a lot of laughs. But it was a long trip to visit a real shop versus online and the reality was a little dissapointing. We all remember the golden days of old school hobby shops and I suppose I was expecting the fantasy. I live way out in the country and I guess a city, is a city, is a city and as a country boy, it was good to get back home.

That's going to end up with more weight in PE than styrene when done.  Serious project ahead.
