Well, my F-16 ADF is almost done, all that's left is weathering, some painting touch ups, and polishing the canopy.

Down but not out fellas. an unfortunate modeling accident has occured. my f-16 has been demolished. work is being done in my apartment and my f-16 has gone down in a ball of flames. no worries though. i will be picking up a new kit and beginning right away :) sorry about the delay and still no problem with the dead line for me :)

I started on this Revellogram this past Sunday.  I'm going to make this my first in-flight model because of the special markings applied to the underside of the fuselage.  I didn't make any special effort to do anything with the cockpit for just that reason.  I just painted the pit grey, applied Future where the inst. panel decals go, I glued it in place.  The seat & pilot will come later.  I painted the inside of the intake flat white from a rattle can, then gave it another coat of Acryl gloss white.  I glued the halves together this morning at about 4:45 AM before I went in the shower.  I hope to have this finished by the end of the month, & I've got 10 days off from work next week to really put the screws to it.

Hey guys, sorry to ask, but I'm getting desparate :[
Does anyone have any 1/48 sized dumb bombs that they aren't going to use?

I want to fit my F-16 with a strike loadout like this:

or

(mk82 and mk84 bombs, respectively)

My kit doesn't include Air-to-Ground weapons.  I know I can buy a
weapon set, but they are like $20!  Anyway, this is just a shot in the
dark that I thought was worth a try: if you're gonna toss out your bombs,
I'd love to have 'em.

thanks.

I am not using any of the weapons that came with mine, if my kit, V4 I think it is, by hasewaga has them, I'll send you all the armorment spruces.

Let me know...

Thanks Anthony.  If you got 'em, I'll take 'em. Big Smile [:D]
I will be glad to trade any of my spare parts too, if anyone needs.

Well, I got my airbrush setup tonight!

Until now, I've always painted my models with rattle cans, but I bought a
Badger 155 and the few odds and ends I needed for my compressor.  The
last piece arrived in the mail today, so I set it all up and did a little practicing
with water.  It was incredibly intuitive!  I am very excited.

I will try practicing with paints next, before moving on to my model.  Can
anyone give me some good links for tutorials?  Thanks

*sigh*, in a "down phase" of model building, meaning i'm taking a break untill i have the urge again.

80% chance i won't get this build done.

Come on! You can do it!

Ya, building is getting a little slower on my side as well, but I got a long weekend, so I will get some more doneBig Smile [:D]

Btw, I emailed Zotz decals - they are the decals that I am using, and asked if they would like to use my plane to advertise them, I also sent a pic of mine in progress, and his reply was "Yes Tony!".

Big Smile [:D]

All mine needs is for the decals to be made matte, scratching a pitot tube AGAIN (original broke, so did first scratch attempt), and polishing the canopy.
