Hey, Lipton!
I think it was the Revell Kit. I haven't built it myself, but by the looks of the box, it's got the same sort of tooling as the Revell 1:48 B-17G, so i wouldn't be too worried. Big Smile [:D]

please be advised that there will be a static display of AFP equipment at the old PC Barracks in Intramuros on June 7 2004; not sure for how long will the display be; info from OJ-7, GHQ. To those who are into AFP stuff, well, you might find equipment you want to see- except of course flying and floating assets, obviously...

hi guys,

i'm still working on my CV6 and decided to finish it in its mid-war version, did the Enterprise recieved her catapults during this period or later of 1944? i don't know if the 1/700 tamiya kit is an early version of her or they just forgot to add the catapults?

does anyone knows what type of scheme was she painted between 1943-44?

Bigman,

Anytime, my friend. Im trying to do one also for 4eyes. But the other guys are far better at this than me. My sig was developed mostly by Meekai.

Was in Tacloban yesterday and in Hotel Alejandro there's this fabulous collection of WW2 photos. In fact, every room has about two pics. And in the middle of the collection is a shelf full of WW2 scale model planes. I know the owner. Its a relative of Pointer.

We can give offsite membership to anybody as long as it is within the framework of our by-laws. Reggie will become an offsite member when he settles down out there. Iknow someone in Davao who may want to be a member of our group, unless he opts to join Benhur. I gave him benhur's email address for him to write to.

Ben,

You are right, it was when the British captured Manila in 1762 during the Seven Years war. Wouldn't it have been better if the British had taken over and not hand us back over to the spaniards in 1764 ? I actually doubt it, we would have been traded as slaves. Sorry about it, history fascinates me... used to compete in trivia contest when I was a kid...world history, general info.

We actually are talking about a different rape scene here which the japs did.
We just called it that. Cool [8D]

Hi Sigman,

I am using Mr. Mark softer/setter, but the procedure were the same. Once your decal is ready for the transfer, wet the spot on the model where the decal will be place with a drop or two of the softener ,move or adjust your decal and then dab the decal with the setter.
