Great looking progress Azgaron.  That sure is a tiny cockpit in that 117 Shock [:O]

Good to hear also that some of you others are still engaged in your builds.  At some point we need to wrap up this build, I figure I'll give it another week probably before I call it done.  That way those of you that missed the first deadline will have some motivation to still finish.  Right Dupes!!! Mischief [:-,]  However, we still would to see pics of the the finished products even if you do miss the final deadline so keep at it!  Propeller [8-]

WARNING: DRUNK ENGLISHMAN BUILDING MODELS!!!!!!!

Hello chaps! I shay thesis looks like a smashimng place to visit-Good show Dave!!

I am here by invite of his Daveness tip partake in the weelend build thingy-I started my work at 23.00hrs, and I did as much as I could before I fell off my chair......Pirate [oX)]Make a Toast [#toast]Make a Toast [#toast]

Here is my kit.....the now ancient Airfix 1/72 F-4 Phantom.

Here's what I got done tonight:

This is not a "shake and bake" kit, its pure 80's Airfix and I love it! I built this kit as a ten yr old boy and have always wanted to go back to it, this GB gave me the chance so I hope you will enjoy it with me.

It pretty late this side of the pond, I have got the fuselage built and the office painted, plus the fuel tanks and bombs have been assembled. I have also painted the missles and landing gear! I haven't built this quickly in years!! Lets see if I can keep to the deadline......

Right, I'm off for a nightcap!

Smeagle I have no idea how long it takes to do a Gundam right but am thrilled to see a work in progress!

Dupes? Er I mean Fupes!  Nice work! Perhaps we should rename your build the Battle of the Bulge? Yuck [yuck] I hate those alluring distractions from bench time don't you?

Guy is building another 109....... I think he is surpassing the production numbers!

Bondo! Leave that lady alone! Golly!

moose! I am in love with your BMP spent a lot of time calling them the Target in a real kinda way!

Darren - Airfix Yeah ! Bow [bow] belive it or not this is my favorite brand of models. I would rather build an English kit any day over a China brand...  Your off to a Fantastic Start...

Well here is my BMP were it stands of right now.  I just sprayed a dull coat to seal and get rid of the shinny.  I got the tracks together with only one fit of swearing.  Well off to watch the TV for a while.  I have to work 16hrs tommrow and I don't go in till 5:30pm.  I should have the decals on it and maybe a wash if I have time.

Enough talking here it is.

Darren! You took time to cut out and drop flaps? Wowzzers! The paint looks very smooth and accurate!  Very spiffy! I am using my megar decaling creation skills to make the wife some custom Christmas ornaments for her soriety Christmas Party. Love them college chicks! A fine example of how modeling skills can be used to impress the girls! Wink [;)]

Speaking of College... Smeagle I sincerly hope your finger gets well quickly and it does not interfere with your finals. A French Horn player usually needs all his fingers. If worse comes to worse I have a Deer Call that needs no dexterity. You are welcome to use that. Sounds like Bondo and Nam after a weekend of excess. Yuck [yuck]

Gunner ! Sabo! PC! Battlesight ! Fire! Sign - Oops [#oops] Flash back Moose. Did you have to make it look so real? Smile,Wink, & Grin [swg]

The Swedish connection is looking good with the F4U and Stealth. Sean if you still don't see the photos I can repost them in a PM if need be.

Roy is looking for a bigger fish! Nam and lewbud are MIA. Frank organize a search party! I volunteer to check the kitchen! If the beer is still there then we need to worry!

Darren, the Phantom is taking shape.

I have next to no time to do any thing this weekend on the P-40.  I attached some of the glass and added brake lines to the LG.  Perhaps I can get some work done on it today.

Frank The CAG's F-4 is far too manly to be described as gorgeous! This is  a manly mans realm! Only the tough survive! The air wreeks of the sweat from the spectacularly ferocity of the efforts and steel nerves of those who dare to participate in this GB! Now a handsom Phantom or a Phantam that exudes a raw toughness! Perhaps, whats next? Roy you have such a pretty P-40? Speaking of which Roy the wife wants her clothes pins back!

Just joking fellows! Pirate [oX)] but you did give me an idea!?! Perhaps I can coax Nam back with a Gorgeous Phantom! She likes him! Heck if he doesn't respond to this then call the National Guard and paramedics!!!

NAAMMMMM you scurvy dog!

Aaron thanks for the offer but no problems viewing today..
