I know how you feel Tony...you get comfortable with a certain way of doing tracks and when you can't do it that way it feels odd. Tracks do look good as a base start though! Beer

I applied another coat of black/brown wash to take out more of the red and I think i'll leave them as is for now.

Tony what a WHOPPER, she is just amazing so far. I love the shots of the wreck just put them in my library.

everything so far is so realistic, I'm stunned.

Well not really realistic. You can see in the real picture there's a lot missing or wrong but I had no intentions of correcting all the errors on the kit.

Thanks so much my friend

Tracks look good Tony, the additional washes are just right in terms of toning down the reddish tones on the first pass. Keep those updates a comin'! Beer

Tony, if only every WIP post and build gone up in these forums was a chock-full of info, progress, and quality as yours and Bill's are, I'd write the FSM Armor forums into my will!

This is the way it should be done, Thanks for remaining consistent in the quality of not only your inspiring work, but your build WIPs. Truly creative, inspiring building and documentation!

Texas and Tennessee make for a good alliance. I'm sure Bill feels the same way as I, FSM needs us to keep this joint afloat.

Now if  any of you people believe that, Bill has some very dry desert  and I've got some very wet swamp land for sale at inflated prices.Big Smile

Karl there's room for a hot picker too.Yes

Getting bored with this?  NEVER!  Looking great so far.  Yes

Dig the muffler... that's one of few final things I need to do on my Panzer IV.  I assume you used MIG pigment on the muffler? I have two or three different kinds of MIG Rust pigments.

No MIG products Andy.

I use the LifeColor Rust and Dust set for my rusty stuff then graphite with a drop or two of water mixed with it for the black top coat.

Glad you like it my friend

There's only one photo that I know of Clay and it's not that great and it's in "Rommels Funnies".

Did you look at page one of this blog? There's shots of mine and what i've done to it so far.

Best I can tell personal gear is in the top section, ammo in the middle and tools and such stored at the bottom.

You did read the review of the kit at PMMS.com didn't you?

You know where to find me buddy
